Academics

AVCS academics are based on the Christian A Beka curriculum, introduced in preschool and continued through grade 12. This widely used curriculum integrates Biblical knowledge and principles with effective approaches to teaching skills in the traditional subjects. Classes are small for more individual attention available to each student. AVCS also believes that service to church, community, and school is a key aspect in the  personal development and maturity of each student.  The AVCS program incorporates opportunities for students to serve in these areas. AVCS also offers our "Before and After" extended daycare for children enrolled at AVCS for preschool through 8th grade. Children must be enrolled at the school for this program. Please contact us!
