In-Residence Student Application Process

AVCS provides equal opportunity to all student applicants regardless of race, ethnic, or national origin.  The school will consider any student who is of good moral character and interested in a college preparatory, challenging academic program provided within a loving Christian environment. 

AVCS accepts applications for in-residence students age 9-20 who may enter programs at any time during the year, if accepted.

Financial policy is no longer available for download.  Please contact the school (iie@avcs.edu) if you would like a copy of the policy sent to you.

Step 1:  Download and carefully read the student application.

Step 2:  Complete and sign the student application and credit card authorization in accordance with all instructions. $100 processing fee is non-refundable.

Note:  The application will not be processed without the completed credit card authorization form.

Step 3:  Fax the documents from step 2 and step 3 to AVCS at 661-943-6774.  Or, you may scan the documents into a file and e-mail them to iie@avcs.edu.

Step 4:  We need the original, signed student application and other documents from step 2 for our files.  Please send them by regular mail to the school mailing address after faxing them to us.

We will notify you via e-mail of the status of the application within 2 business days after we have received the completed forms and the application fee.  Additional forms will be mailed to you if the application has been approved.
