AVCS considers applications for in-residence students age 11-18 who may enter programs at any time during the year, if accepted.

Please carefully follow these steps to submit an application to AVCS:

Step 1: Download and carefully read the student application.

Step 2: Complete and sign the student application and credit card authorization in accordance with all instructions. $100 processing fee is non-refundable.

NOTE: The application will not be processed without the completed credit card authorization form.

Step 3: Fax the documents from step 2 and step 3 to AVCS at 661-943-6774. Or, you may scan the documents into a file and e-mail them to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

Step 4: We need the original, signed student application and other documents from step 2 for our files. Please send them by regular mail to the school mailing address after faxing them to us.

We will notify you via e-mail of the status of the application within 2 business days after we have received the completed forms and the application fee. Additional forms will be mailed to you if the application has been approved.
